Almost there... On Xfce4.8... and Epiphany 3.0.4 and Gedit 3.2.3, I cannot GRAB or DRAG the scrollbar with the primary mouse button. However, on a mouse button down along the right edge of the screen on a maximized Epiphany or Gedit window, the app will PageUp / PageDown depending on where I click
