yea, bug was not reproducible. But that does not mean bug was fixed nor
that the bug does not exist in your install. hence the question to check
if still an issue.

That's ridiculous. There should be some sort of rule that you're
forbidden to mark a bug report as Incomplete, if testing the steps to
reproduce on the latest Ubuntu release would take even less time than
asking the reporter to do it.
Anyhow, this is fixed with Epiphany's switch to WebKit.
