That's ridiculous. There should be some sort of rule that you're forbidden to mark a bug report as Incomplete, if testing the steps to reproduce on the latest Ubuntu release would take even less time than asking the reporter to do it. Anyhow, this is fixed with Epiphany's switch to WebKit. ** Cha
