I plug in my camera (Canon PowerShot A620).  A dialog pops up "You have just 
inserted a medium with digital photos..."  I choose "Open F-Spot Photo 
Manager".  F-Spot opens and an error dialog pops up "Error connecting to 
camera.  Received error "Could not lock the device" while connecting to the 
camera."

I've seen two other tickets about this same problem but they were marked
as fixed.
