This was fixed in pygobject:

I am affected too: python-gobject appears in Update Manager grayed out,
under a heading Distribution Update. Its checkbox cannot be checked.
If I use aptitude dist-upgrade I get:
The following packages are BROKEN:
python-gobject
1 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not
It was fixed this morning. The apparition of python-gtk2 in the Update
Manager fixed the problem.
