Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue
for you? Could you try to reproduce the same with Ubuntu 8.10 or 9.04?

Hello,
I did as you requested - the f-spot-debug.txt file is attached. I had
the same error message as before: 'Error connecting to camera - Received
error "Unspecified error" while connecting to camera'.
I did not have gthumb installed, so I did do through Synaptic. On
connecting the camera, it

f-spot --debug &> f-spot-debug.txt try to import your photos from the
camera and then submit that file to the report, btw does gthumb works
