Yes, the problem is still there. It has evolved a bit though.
The seek bar still stops working after the podcast has finished playing, but
what's new is that now, the "Repeat" mode doesn't work : no matter what, once

i have this bug, too with dapper. but i don't have to enable repeat and
shuffle mode. the only thing i need, is a specific mp3 file. it's 3
hours and a few minutes long:
