Yep... If I purge the sylpheed package, the entry in the menu disapears
immediately. But if I reinstall the package, the entry doesn't come back, I
have to logout and login again to see it.

Well if I logout after purging the package and then I reinstall the package,
the entry doesn't come back, but if I purge and reinstall the package in the
same session, the entry disapears and reapears immediately.
*purge
*logout
*reinstall
-> no menu entry
*purge
*reinstall
-> menu entry
