We have to wait a time I suppose because extension for manager
certificates is still broken under Lucid (see bug 458486) so I can't
tell you if I can reproduce it here.

This is a bit roundabout, but you *can* delete specific entries from
your cert DB. This involves messing around with the command line a bit,
and is far more involved than it should be. That said, the following
worked for me.
Close Epiphany, then open
~/.gnome2/epiphany/mozilla/epiphany/cert_overri
This Bug Effects Me Too! The exact same thing happens to me, its the
first real problem I've had with epiphany, but maybe I'm just lucky.
