It's just been uploaded a few hours ago, so it's not in the mirrors yet.
You can get it from http://incoming.debian.org/, but it will be

BTW the highest version I see on packages.debian.org is
gst-plugins-base0.10_0.10.21.2-1.
I also have debian-experimental and unstable source line in sources.list, and
version you mentioned isn't available

That's not the pbuilder log I was asking for :)
What you should do is something along
$ sudo pbuilder build --logfile ~/pbuilder.log gst-plugins-
base0.10_0.10.21.2-1.dsc

Can you tell me why might that happen? I'm building it on intrepid with
pbuilder (also intrepid inside), and I've already built alsa 1.0.18
before, on which it depends (and fails).
