I used the command gst-launch playbin uri=file:/// parallel on a
terminal and opened the video with totem movie player.. It didn't play
automatically until I moved the seekbar.and the video frames were
delayed as usual..But in the sidebar, I was able to see some details
about the video.

It was stopped there and from the GUI window, I opened the video again
with Totem / movie player(Gstreamer) ..

The program 'gst-launch' is currently not installed. You can install it by
typing:
sudo apt-get install gstreamer-tools
bash: gst-launch: command not found
