As per the message you posted on 13 April, I re-opened the report (as you
requested) as I had the required information.
I didn't come across the issue myself until the date I posted here - 17
May.

I encountered this also after having successfully played .flv files
before.
It may well be down to some recent 'tweak' by Youtube - hopefully
someone here with more knowledge than me can confirm or deny this.
