What kind of information do you still need?
It is not about what should be shown. The font color of selected
insensitive treeview rows should be a shade of grey. Currently it is
black. So there is no visual difference between an insensitive and a
sensitive row.

be displayed? That looks like a design decision to me and one way
doesn't seem to be wronger than the other
