This is a serious problem when using older (low resolution) displays. Often the
initial presentation of a fixed-size window will have the control buttons both
above and below the screen, so that there is no way to either

A bit stupid, but only NOW I realize this may be intended behaviour... Maybe
people accidentily get the window so high, and don't know how to get it back.
