Yes, it is reproducible.
I've tested it specificaly it in evolution 2.26
1. Open a new "text only" message (not html one), and type anything in the body
of the mail.
2. Go to http://www.progexia.net/contact , then copy the form in this page
3. Paste it in the top of the body of the mail... You
