Yes, it's reproducible. To appear the message just open Freecell
Solitaire (Applications-Games-FreeCell Solitaire) and play one game.
If you win the game then the message appears.
Regarding the versions I'm using:

ok, what else behaviour would you suggest? adding a button? not
autostarting a game when opening the software? something else?

Adding just a button would be enough.
So there should be 3 buttons:
1. Close -- closes the application
2. Ok -- closes only the message box, no new game is started and the menus are
available
3. New Game... -- starts a new game
