Nice... I assume it's a problem with Apple Mail not setting the headers
correctly. Could you ask him to update to GPGMail 1.1.2 and whether this fixes
the problem?
A friend of mine sent a mail with it and there was absolutely no problem with
umlauts

Ok, I got his mail... this really seems to be something with the headers. Could
you ask your friend to update to "GPGMail 1.1.2" and give us all his settings
for encryption? The content-type for example seems to be wrong to me...
