Since the evolution process doesn't actually segfault, I'm not sure at
what point the stacktrace should be taken. By the time the calendar
component tells me it is dead, it's too late already.

Installing libical from jaunty-proposed fixes my problem, though, and I
can now access my calendar (libical0_0.43-2ubuntu1_amd64.deb).

the crash is an evolution-data-server one and not an evolution one, you want to
start evolution on the email component, use gdb on evolution-data-server and
then switch to the calendar
could you comment on the libical bug too, stable update needs confirmation of
people testing to be accepted

The dates program can access my calendars, except the two Google ones
that require authentication (I suspect dates can't handle that).
