I don't have the problem 100% of the time, but it still occurs once in a
while. It also effects Restart.
It seems like I'm the only one on earth with this problem...so I don't
feel bad if we don't solve this :P

There is nothing that would have changed the permissions on that folder
other than perhaps running some graphical apps with sudo, but that is
completely unsupported and known to break permissions.

Strange - there's still no debug output from gnome-session. Anyway, this
is probably why it's not working:
"Unable to create /home/yonas/.dbus/session-bus".
That's not a gnome-session issue, but more likely a permissions problem
in your home folder. What is the output of "ls -la ~"?

Could you please select a "Failsafe terminal" session from the login
screen and sign in with this. Once you have done this, please run
"gnome-session --debug 2>&1 | tee ~/gsm.log". Your session will now
start up. Please try to shutdown to recreate the problem, then attach
the resulting file "gsm.lo
