I have this issue on Lucid, and have had it for as long as I have used
evolution.
It seems to me that this is not caused by evolution forgetting the password,
but rather by the occasional inability to reach the email server. If you
connect to the server every 10 minutes for a day or two, sometime
do you still get this issue?
