I merged your branch, but this update causes Add/Remove to move into the
Others submenu. I think this needs to be fixed in 09_games-menu.patch?

I missed the patch from the series file, but even with this enabled,
add/remove programs is not shown.
Regardless the entry is missing on a karmic VM that I just made to test
it, so the bug is not introduced by this update.
Updated my branch with the missing patch - please merge.
