[Bug 395959] Re: sticky notes erased without reason in Jaunty

2009-10-29 Thread Ioannis Vranos
In my system, sticky notes lose their data from time to time, for no apparent reason. In particular, I create one sticky note with some data, I lock it, and some day it appears empty. It happens both in a plain ext3 installation, and in an encrypted disk installation. -- sticky notes erased

This happens to me once in a while too, for no apparent reason. Settings are remembered, but all notes are emptied after a given reboot. It is not easily reproducible as it happens seemingly random. ** Changed in: gnome-applets (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete = Confirmed -- sticky notes

Hello, This happened to me for the first time this week. Has stated, there seemed to be no particular reason for this, no crash, no disk full... In fact all between the note tags vanished in the .gnome2/stickynotes, so the size and the layout of the notes was still the same, but no content in.
