I can't reproduce the problem here (I tried saving the file to the desktop and it wants to open with OOo and trying to load it directly from the web again suggests OOo). Has OOo been uninstalled? Is your dapper install up to date? -- Unable to open .odt documents https://launchpad.net/bugs/39799

I created the attached file in OpenOffice and it gets exactly the same error message. In fact, ALL .odt files get this error message. Is evince even supposed to be able to read this format? To my knowledge I haven't changed the default MIME type for .odt myself, and this problem has only
