Ok, it was only by accident in plugins-good and was moved back to
plugins-bad upstream. So we will get it in gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad for
now and later in plugins-good.

You don't need to wait for the next release. If you just build the
current one from the source tarball from the gstreamer website, ladspa
gets built. No idea why it's not built as part of the existing shipping
packages...

It's in gst-plugins-good-0.10.4. I grabbed the upstream tarball, built
it, then copied libgstladspa.so into /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/ - it seems
to work fine.
I don't know if it's possible to issue a fixed version of the edgy
packages with this plugin, but it should at least be fixed for feisty.

Thanks for your bug report. How did you make sure? 0.10.2 in Ubuntu
Build-Depends on ladspa-sdk and doesn't disable it during the build.
