This problem seems to affect only certain shortcut's. For instance,
setting the shortcut for Pause *isable* one of my keys (letter-
before-E key, as you might notice), but *oing so for the Log out
shortcut *i* not reveal this bug.

I am exeriencing the same issue. I used the key just to the right of
the O key, and now can't tye that letter. Clearing the hotkey from
the shortcuts and rebooting restores oeration of the key.

After setting my ctrl-p combo for starting and stopping music the p key
did stop working, but after a reboot it works normally again, and the
ctrl-p still works for controlling my music.

Ok, Ie also had problems with keyboard shortcuts... I have a multimedia
keyboard, and since updating to last dapper beta, not flight 7, when I
press the assigned key for up volume or down volume I get on the screen
the volume control going up or down, but it does not efect the actual
sound card
I'm having this too with brazilian portuguese keyboard layout.
