Then it's in the wrong style for the GNOME icon theme, in particular
it's missing a black outline.

That's the upstream icon, gnome-icon-theme will be turn to tango style
next cycle so upstream will not revert ... I'm not sure we want to move
icons around packages like that just for one app on the non default
theme. Daniel, opinion on that?

Shouldn't the GNOME menu icons _adapt_ the to theme which is set/used by
the user?
Anyway, the current icon really pops-out when the original GNOME theme
is used, it's quite disturbing...

gnome-icon-theme has been reworked to use tango style too now, the icon
should fit correctly, marking as fixed
