don't reopen closed bugs, this issue has been fixed and keeping known
fixed bugs open will not benefit anybody there nor would wasting hours
every day looking for numbers for the duplicates open daily

x works fine when i kill empathy from tty1.

Same trouble here. Empathy crashes X system when I look through the menu bar.
I don't know how to restart X system again.
