I built network-admin after applying this patch, and confirmed it works well.
Thanks!

Oh, sorry, I've just found out that this bug is already fixed in Karmic.
I should have made the link without asking you for a trace, even if
that's always hard to do with relatively old fixes. I don't really

Very same crash as bug 279308, even if it does not happen in the same
function (g_utf8_validate instead of strstr) - seems to be kind of
random.

That one seems to be good. I'll have a look at it, since you worked so
hard to get it!

Ehm, sorry, but the archive appear to be invalid. Could you simply
attach a text file (anyway it's quicker to open)? Looks like somebody

Sorry, but there's still a problem with the debugging symbols - the
interesting part is still missing. Even Apport failed to get them right,

There are two reasons that I don't use NetworkManager.
1. I use a mobile broadband module (E-MOBILE D02HW), but this can't
establish the connection when using NetworkManager. Almost all
mobile broadband modules used in Japan can't be used by
NetworkManager, so there are few people who
try with the gnome-system-tools package.
