Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

The symptom of this is that when I click on the menu with my name on it,
and select "suspend", the laptop does nothing whatsoever.

The cause of that is gnome-power-manager that is stuck and that does not
do anything.

The "fix" that works every time is to kill it, wait 1 second, and
restart it from command line.

This happens to me every couple of weeks.

When it happened last time, I did strace and here's what I found:
