Do you have firefox mentionned to ~/.config/menus? And to
~/.local/share/applications? Could be an alacarte issue... could you
attach your /usr/share/applications/firefox.desktop too?

BINGO firefox's been mentionned in ~/.local/share/applications although
I didn't see it there last time I've talk about it. Now it displays

thank you for working on it and replying to the questions on the bug,
closing then, it was due to some user data not to the package

According to that log Internet/firefox.desktop
/usr/share/applications/firefox.desktop, that doesn't make really sense
since gnome-panel uses gnome-menus to list the items for the menu, could
you make a screenshot of the internet menu (use gnome-screenshot
--delay=8 by example)?

Could you run MENU_VERBOSE=1 gnome-menu-spec-test menu.log and
attach the log to that page?

1. I've already used alacarte menu editor, but firefox is not visible from
there.
2. ~/.local/share/applications doesn't contain anything about firefox.
3. firefox is visible from xfce menu

Thanks for your bug. That works fine for me. Do you have anything about
firefox to ~/.local/share/applications? Did you use a menu editor? What
locale do you use?

and see if firefox is marked to be visible in applications - internet.
