Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

Karmic Alpha 6
acpi, sys and proc filesystems all detect battery status, but devkit and g-p-m 
do not.

It appears as if the issue stems from devkit-power-daemon, and gnome-
power-manager is just reflecting that lack of status.
