Ken, please follow instructions from Sebastien. launch nautilus and navigate to your /var/crash directory and double click on the crash report you wish to submit. To trace the issue they need that Apport crash report. At the bottom of this page you can see 'Add an attachment'. Click on it,

apport report does not go to the VAR/crash file and the apport file cannot be channelized to a bug report such as this one that is already on file. Suggest for higher ups that bug reporting mechanism be overhauled to edit apport report (select all, copy, etc) and enable appending bug reports to
