Hmmm, this bug seems to be fixed in 10.04. I just wish that there was
an option in one of the system menu's. You shouldn't have to turn off
this option via terminal.

Same thing with Karmic final on a Toshiba Satellite L350D-11S. I even
think, that it occurs every wake up, not only the first one, but I'm not
sure.
