all information a keyring window comes up wait for 15-20 secs and the
error comes that's too wide

This bug is fixed in empathy 2.29.5 I got the same error but it was not
too wide(normal sized) but I did not save the image of the screen as I
though I marked it invalid.

Nope, I can't reproduce it on my current setup (9.10).
I guess it is a first-time-only bug. I tried removing my accounts from
emptathy and adding them again but there was no error.
