Same issue with me on my laptop. Regardless of how I configure it, after 5 minutes of activity with the power plugged in or running on battery, the screen blanks. I have tried killing gnome-power-manager, same issue. Re-launching after kill, same issue. Screensaver is completely turned off, sam
