Binary package hint: nautilus

I saved two files from Acrobat into a folder, then I cannot see them. I can 
select them as attachments in Evolution, I can open them in Acrobat, but I 
cannot see them in the File Browser. 
There are other PDF files that I don't see in the default view, but I see if I 
perform a search by name. 
The cursor stays like if searching or waiting for something.

If I look for those two files in the terminal, I can see them but with
different color than the others. But I can see the other PDFs with the
same color as other files.
