We've resolved this on IRC now - the Nautilus dialog doesn't appear to
have this issue, and the dialog shown here is the Firefox one.

The screenshots for the original bug here clearly show the Firefox Open
with dialog, which is bug 18995!

I'm unmarking this bug as a duplicate since it is also an issue with the
"Open with" dialogue of Nautilus.
(A small issue: please don't mark duplicates as Invalid because strictly
speaking they aren't Invalid. Furthermore, it creates the need for
another action when unmarking a bug as duplicate.)

Nautilus has nothing to do with this dialog. In fact, this is a long
standing Firefox bug, and is reported separately at bug 18995
