Binary package hint: gnome-disk-utility

cryptsetup should be a dependency of gnome-disk-utility (palimpsest) as
the Disk utility program displays an option to encrypt underlying
filesyste,. but then gives an error when it cannot find cryptsetup.
Either gray out the option for encryption if cryptsetup is not installer
OR (preferred choice) make cryptsetup a dependancy of gnome-disk-utility
