Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Following a suspend/sleep period the weather display of the clock applet does not update. In addition, the mouse-over tooltip that shows more details of the weather stops working. To get normal behaviour back, you have to go into preferences and edit the location (no need to change anything, just hit OK) at which point the weather updates and the tooltip starts working again. This happens for me in both jaunty and karmic. I use the Darkroom theme. ** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- weather not updated for clock applet after suspend https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/493603 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-panel in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
