Dapper upgrade from Breezy which bombed half way through the install
phase followed by dpkg --configure -a which made the machine apparently
functional.
On a fresh install of abiword on Dapper and setting System, Preferences,
Preferred applications, Browser, Firefox, the abiword page opens as the
abiword-help installs the documentation in
/usr/share/AbiSuite-2.4/AbiWord/help . When hitting F1 a browser is
supposed to open, which sends you to the AbiWord homepage, or to
/usr/share if you have abiword-help. Under Xubuntu, this browser is
