Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

The buttons and location bar in nautilus have no effect when I press
them/ try to use them. The window stays at the same and the little wheel
icon in the top right corner keeps spinning. So far I have just closed
down the window and manually entered the desired folder into the
terminal (or just used the terminal for all my folder tasks). The side
panel tree view of folders also does not work.

I'm using the new GTK+2.0 package and also Docky so this could possibly
be related to either one of those. Let me know what traces and logs you
want me to attach to help with this issue.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a folder in nautilus
2) Try one of the buttons or the location bar or the side panel

Expected result:
Buttons/ location bar/ side panel have their desired function e.g. the up
button takes you up one level in the folder tree.

Actual result:
Buttons/ location bar/ side panel have no effect.
