@marc.hanish: Yes, it does depend on the availability of weather
stations. In particular, most weather web sites seem to refer to the
Berlin-Tegel station for the weather in Potsdam. This is also the
weather station that is used when "Berlin, Berlin, Germany" is selected
as a location.

Yes, for some locations it would be, but why a whole state (and even not the
smallest) doesn't exists? Does it depend it on the weather-service?
