Found a workaround
install mpack (sudo apt-get mpac)
save the .eml where in want and use from terminal munpack *.eml

The file postacert.eml contains another file (a document in pdf) that is
codified with .p7m
From 2010 italian public administration should use this kind of
digitally signed mail for every comunications with other adminstrations
and, from 2011, also with citizens.
