Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Dictionary from menu Applications>Office>Dictionary. 2. From menu, select Edit>Preferences. 3. Double-click on "Default Dictionary Server". This should open (eventually) an "Edit Dictionary Source" box. 4. Click Close button at bottom of dialog box. 5. Now TWO "Defaul
