I ran rhythmbox as suggested.
Clicked the CD
Attempted to play various tracks by double-clicking then played a number by
triple-clicking.

please run rhythmbox as: rhythmbox --debug &> rhythmbox-debug.txt ;
perform the steps to reproduce the bug and attach that resulting log
