OK - did a bit of an experiment. Taking care to keep all windows within
the screen boundary and a smaller target window -
Next try - crashed again.
Then thought - I hadn't actually clicked in the target window to make it
current. Did so, then inadvertently did a full screen screen shot -
which
Oops - beta version. Forgot to say. Can't get to details at the moment
but ask me later if necessary.

Screen shot target was current window.
First try at a screen shot was unsatisfactory due transparency issues not
visible on the original. The unwelcome shadows were from the screen shot
dialogue which had overlapped the original window.
Second try involved moving the target to the extreme botto
I have the same problem, too (using fully updated Lucid).
