This is not reproducible in Dapper. So if at all it is present in 2.15.4
then it is regression.

I think this should be fixed in 2.15.5. I remember this issue from a
while back and I *think* I fixed it :-)
Anyway, I can't reproduce it here in 2.15.5. Please ping again when
2.15.5 hits the block.
