It is intentional that packages from the same source are able to exist 2

I always assumed that the package should be split in if it was
distributed in main and universe.

I just noticed that totem-mozilla is in universe and totem itself is in
main. Both are built from the same source. I don't really know if this
is a bug somewhere else in the archive management too because something
like this is allowed to happen.
