Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gdm
A new string has been added to gdmsetup due to new functionality. This will allow users to choose whether they want to enable or disable the login sound when starting Ubuntu. Since this is about adding new functionality, I believe it qualifies for a string freeze exception. The new stiring is: "Play login sound" and will be available at https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/lucid/+source/gdm for translation This bug is simply to record the change and that the translation and documentation teams have been notified as per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess#UserInterfaceFreeze%20Exceptions ** Affects: ubuntu-translations Importance: Medium Status: Triaged ** Affects: gdm (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Also affects: ubuntu-translations Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Changed in: ubuntu-translations Status: New => Triaged ** Changed in: ubuntu-translations Importance: Undecided => Medium -- User interface exception in gdmsetup https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/545917 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gdm in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
