Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
I just did a distupgrade from Karmic -> Lucid. Now, each time I login, whether to GNOME or KDE, I see a popup for stating gnome-power-manager has died. Unfortunately the desktop manager takes over so quickly I can't close it, and when logging out, the system hangs. I can't even get a terminal with CTRL->ALT-># and CTRL->ALT->BACKSPACE also does nothing. ** Affects: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- gnome-power-manager causing GDM to misbehave https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/549190 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-power-manager in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
