When using very small fonts, Nautilus
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue
for you? May you try to reproduce the bug with a newer version of Ubuntu
like Gutsy? you
No such problem on my machine. Ubuntu 7.04 with Arial 8 with 96dpi font.
Unfortunately, I cannot capture screenshot because it will exit the renaming
mode before capturing, which I'll file it as a bug. :)

I can't reproduce the problem. Do you still have the problem? (Maybe you
had a chance to test this in Edgy?)

The problem still exists and I did not test in Edgy.
However, maybe the following factors are of relevance :
I use a high resolution (1400x1050); The dpi is custom set to 96 dpi (this is
not the default).
Maybe you can test this on similar conditions (high res, modified dpi , very
small font -
